Pomegranate wallpaper dates from the mid 18th century and features a bold design of an ornate pomegranate. The original was block and flock printed and dates from 1760-85. Sourced from Temple Newsam it was discovered in a store room at the house although interestingly the room it was originally hung in is not recorded.
