Tespi is an ornate figured velvet woven with a viscose pile on a flat ground which is cross dyed to create a rich two colour effect with the velvet outlined in a darker shade of the ground. The medium scale design of a scrolling oval damask motif is similar in style to those that Fortuny often used in his work. Tespi is available in four colours ranging from exquisite silver pearl to deep purple from gold and carbon to cinnamon. It is suitable for upholstery and curtains.
