Pure Torshavn Weave
This gentle upholstery fabric has a slub weft and has been cross coloured by the Morris and Co. design studio to create a natural textured cord effect. On his journey to Iceland in July 1871 Morris stopped at Tórshavn, the Capital of the Faroe Islands, from which this weave takes its name. It is suitable for both contract upholstery and drapery.
