By Morris & Co.
Designed by John Henry Dearle, Montreal was one of the most understated, yet the most woven of all of the oriental-style carpets produced by Morris & Co. Produced in both Hammersmith and Axminster versions, the originals would have been woven with contrasting borders of either red or blue. A part of the Archive IV collection, this fabric has been presented in three colourways onto a sumptuous velvet.
